Yesterday, Bright Bright Great’s work on the Toss brand was featured on the AIGA Member Portfolios gallery and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
From Web Design Served: Our editorial team features only a small number of projects every day. With many thousands to choose from, we look for work that promotes new thinking in its industry.
Congrats, and great to have you involved in the AIGA Member Portfolios Gallery.

On Thursday, November 8th, BBG helped launch the brand for Andie K: Wearable Art. We’ve put a lot into this brand, and after months of designing and planning; Andie K introduced their line of necklaces and bracelets to friends and guests. Response was fantastic and Bright Bright Great is currently working on Phase 2, the Andie K full web experience.
“I would like to thank the entire Bright Bright Great team for making the launch of Andie K such a success. The launch went flawlessly, in large part due to BBG’s creativity, tenacity, and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Compliments have been pouring in from our guests about Andie K’s ‘unique, fresh, and crisp’ branding. I’m anxious and excited to turn to the next stage of our collaboration.
Join Bright Bright Great (@bbg) and Freeform (@wearefreeform) for scary movie night. A night of antics, popcorn, liquor and a viewing of the 1980′s horror movie Movie Shines. Movie night will be BYOB, but we will provide movie snacks and beer. You should come.
In 2011 Bright Bright Great was contacted by Sweet Ali’s Gluten Free Bakery located in Hinsdale, IL for a total rebrand and interactive overhaul. The project launched in Summer 2011, but until now we haven’t posted it online.
Better late than never. (Since, handoff in 2011, Sweet Ali’s has taken over the site and updated the design and development on their own. What is currently live, is a slight departure from our original designs.)
Lots of people from Chicago’s design and tech community came to enjoy ice cream with the BBG team. Take a peek at some of the awesome toppings people brought and the mountainous sundaes that people made. Also, the official unveiling of the #FREEBIGSEXY tee.
After almost 8 months of planning, the Chicago Design Museum will open it’s doors in Humboldt Park this week and stay open with 5 absolutely amazing exhibitions throughout the month of June and coordinating with AIGA’s Chicago Design Week (June 11-16, 2012)
The Chicago Design Museum hosts limited engagement exhibitions that focus on design excellence. It adapts to curated collections, and finds the appropriate environment for the work on display. The formality of a traditional museum is still found within the high standards of the curated work, while the pop-up format promotes intimate experiences that are less likely to be found in a brick-and-mortar institution.
Bright Bright Great is not only a title sponsor this year, but also Jason Schwartz, BBG’s Creative Director has been active on CHIDM’s board since last November, acting as Chief Marketing Officer.
We are extremely excited to be a part of bringing this to the Chicago design scene and hope to see you all there.

For this weeks Friday Fun Day takes Bright Bright Great to Chicago Comic Con! As comic collectors since the 80′s, this is an event that we find inspiration at every year.
Waiting to get in. Line is like 1000 people, whoa!
Celebrating Friday Fun Day, Bright Bright Great headed over to the Fulton Market area of Chicago to visit Shawnimals, to talk plush, Comic Con and take a grand tour. Gotta say that this space is pretty awesome and our personal vote for “Most Fun Stuff Per Square Inch” in all of Chicago.

Outside the office is the most peculiar/awesome ladder.
Earlier this year, Bright Bright Great had the opportunity to work with MenuMinder in Chicago, IL to help design and launch their Yumbly brand for item-based local food search. Launched in Chicago with over 2000 restaurants on board, Yumbly.com is definitely worth checking out.
Celebrating Friday Fun Day, Bright Bright Great had the chance to tour the Threadless Offices in Chicago this morning. Also, top secret, we saw some pretty neato wireframes. #nospoiler
