Minimum 5 years of experience in a PM role within an agency (including digital/technology)
Experience working with a design team
Experience managing development, including offshore teams in different timezones
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text and traditional letter writing)
Effective time management: ability to manage multiple assignments at once

Experience with WordPress
Experience with WordPress adjacent technologies: Plug-Ins, Google Search tools, marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, iWork, and a Mac environment
Ability to keep Clients happy, while having difficult conversations
Strong desire and drive to do what it takes to be successful
Project workflow management from kick-off through execution (Asana)
Experience collaborating and managing remote team members
Collaboration with Design and Development teams for scheduling, and resource needs
Experience working with remote team members
Lead internal project kickoffs
Communicate updates, requests and blockers to clients daily
Setup and lead client update calls
Lead project launch with Development team and lead WordPress CMS walkthrough with Client
Support team with estimate, brief, internal project setup and timeline generation
Proactively attentive to system management: data inputs, project tracking, server, etc.
Attentive to workflow of project
Attentive to timelines both internal and client-based
Attentive to in-scope and out-of-scope work
Request client assets for all projects and organize on server
Implement streamlined process improvements, as you see fit
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to say no when requests are out of scope, or inappropriate for the project
This position reports to our Agency Director, works directly with our Business Development Lead and is expected to collaborate alongside the entire team including Business Development, Design, and Development. Our team is fully remote, utilizes strategic partners with different time zones, however we operate in CDT, and we give preference to candidates in similar time zones.
