Creative Director → Art Direction, UI, UX, Branding, Team Lead (FT)

Creative Director

Summary

Bright Bright Great is looking for a Creative Director with 10+ years experience and passion creating beautiful, usable and accessible websites, web apps, and branding systems, as well as leading an internal team of designers and guiding clients to success.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative leader, art director, and thinker, an optimist who fosters inspiring relationships, has a deep portfolio of complex design work, and years of experience working with other creatives, developers and clients.

BBG is a small team, so this role is as much a “doer” as “leader.” Our entire team is always all-hands on deck, this is not a job of delegation and guidance only–serious design chops are required. This position reports directly to our Agency Director, and is part of our Leadership (which includes our Agency Owner, Business Development Lead and Project Management Lead).
This is a full-time position with benefits. BBG offers health, medical and dental, a 401K as well as other benefits like perpetual remote work.
