Welcome We Are 69!

As many of you know, BBG has gone through some changes in the last year. You also may know that we are moving offices in 30 days. We’ve talked a lot about how we see ourselves growing, but we haven’t shown all the cards in our hand.

We are excited to announce that Bright Bright Great (the entire team) has been purchased by a larger growing agency that will help us bring our creativity to bigger brands across 3 continents and the entire United States. To put is lightly, we are excited.

Our team is excited to expand and we know that we will continue to bring the same amazing service to our clients. Most of our day to day will not change except you can expect to see some new faces on the 69 crew.

Why the name We Are 69 you may ask? Trust me, we are aware of the connotations. Well, after 2 weeks of conjuring over 300 names, we all actually decided we liked that name the most. Also, we get the joke.

We will start transitioning over fully to the name May 1. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on www.wearesixtynine.com for updates.

Bright Bright Great as much as we love Apple and their devices totally agree. We’ve actually been saying that the UI has been dated for about 2 years at this point. Both Google (Android) and Microsoft (Windows 8) have far surpassed Apple in terms of UI freshness and usability.

Our Creative Director Jason Schwartz will be speaking at the 2013 Custom Content Conference in Chicago, IL on April 10, 2013.

Hosted by the Custom Content Council, the 2013 Custom Content Conference from April 9th-11th is a  two day conference presenting a series of high-level marketing conversations and an opportunity to network with experts across the board.

Speakers from a variety of disciplines will be engaging conversations on improving and focusing content, building stronger brands, and exploring new methods better results. Guests of the conference will participate in multiple networking events in Chicago, IL. Our theme this year is: Optimize Your Return on Content. 

Reception will begin on the night of April 9th at Blackstone Hotel, a historical monument in downtown Chicago. We hope to see you there!
